Driving Standards Agency: Driving examiners

The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) has introduced criminal records checks for warrant card holders. TMG CRB has been appointed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) to process Disclosures on their behalf. When directed by DSA, TMG CRB will send you a Disclosure application pack containing:

• Covering letter
• DSA Suitability of Ex-Offenders to hold a warrant card
• Guidance notes for completing the application form
• Disclosure Application Form (DAF)
• Additional Address sheet
• Address label for the return of the (DAF) and your ID documentation
• Special Delivery envelope (Existing warrant holders only)
