DfE provide subsidy for Early Years and
Childcare Registered Organistations

Ofsted register care provided for children on two registers: the Early Years Register and the Childcare Register. The Childcare Register has two parts: a compulsory part and a voluntary part.

Organisations registered on the Early Years Register and the Childcare Register (Compulsory) are eligible for the DfE subsidy.

Organisations registered on the Childcare Register (Voluntary) are not eligible for the DfE subsidy.
